Intellectual property

What a professional publishes on their site — texts, photographs, services, prices — belongs to them. Vocatly acquires no right over that content beyond what is needed to host and display it.

The platform — the software, the components that run booking, forms and the newsletter, the layouts, the Vocatly name and this site — remains the property of Henri Bernard, entrepreneur individuel. Any reproduction or reuse outside the use of the service is prohibited without written consent.
